Month, Week & Day

MONTH

Your monthly calendar is to put when you will reach your milestones for your goals. Where you think you

will be at the I lost 1 pound mark, 2 pound pound mark if you made it on that day great. If you exceed

your goals for that day wonderful write it in your milestone box. If you missed the mark so what write

down where you are at and plan to work harder next time. If something happened that prevented you from

doing what you needed right that down in your weekly recap under things that did or did not work from

last week.

Each month will consist of 28 days to work through your goals. Depending on the month there will be 1 to

3 relaxation and reflection days to debrief and think about what worked really well and what did not in that

particular month.

If you need to tweak what did not work or if you should throw it out completely you will have the day

spreads but these will not reflect in the month or the week.

Every month will have your 28 days and you will also have a countdown remember the count down is

based on the the month being 28 days a full 4 weeks.

On your monthly calendar you will cross off the days you have live. You can journal anytime of the day

when you have a moment to reflect on what worked or what did not work for you today.

WEEK

Use your boxes to write down what is going on in your life. It will keep you grounded. You have a space

on your weekly calendar to write down your thoughts for next week your Brain Dump.

Maybe you shouldn’t go out with coworkers because they kill your weight loss goal for example.

The weekly calendar has a place to write what you’re going to do today to help you move forward toward

your goal.

Sunday on your weekly calendar is larger than the other days of the week. This is the day the Lord has

made. But you also need to plan your week on Sunday. You want to keep surprises throughout the week

down to a minimum. Do your meal planning for your lunch, for your dinner, set up your social media posts

for the week.

DAY

You will also see motivational and inspirational Bible verses as well as other quotes on the daily spread to

help keep you going because as Nike says,”you can do it”. Because you are, “living your best life”, said in

my Snoop Dogg singing voice.

It also has a space for you to write your appointments for work schedule.

You have a what you must do To Do List. This is your accomplished today like picking up clothes from the

cleaners, grocery shopping, or car repairs.

For people that are trying to eat healthy there is a food journal to write down what you ate today it also

helps with food allergies to see what could be triggering your allergies.

There is an exercise journal where you can document your steps and any exercises you completed today.
